Epic 2015

When I watched the movie Epic 2015, I didn't relize that it was fictional. But at the end when I finished the movie. For quit a movement I started to think about the stuff that they mentioned in the Video like creation of Amazon in 1994, World Wide Web in 1989, Googlezon, and Googlegrid. I searched about this stuff on Google and then I realized that some of the stuff in the movie is incorrect.

The things that are correct in the Epic 2015 are:-
The World Wide Web in 1989 by Tim Betners.
The creation of Google in 1998.
Amazon creation in 1994.
Blogger creation in 1999.
Creation of Microsoft in 2007.
Friendster creation in 2002 as well.

The things that are incorrect in the Epic 2015 are:-
Information about MSN buying Newsbotster.
Fight between Googlezon and Newyork times
Information about Googlezon, Googlegrid  and Microsoft.

I think it was a fine experience. From the starting everything went well but after saving the file with .html extension I got lost. I think the reason for that was that some steps were unclear ans hard to understand. Then I saw some videos on you tube and follow along with them. After struggling for 15 mins finally I was able to create my html page but it was not showing up the image.

Again I went back to the notepad and made some corrections but at this time it was working well.
overall it was a good experience.

The similarities and differences between mail and email

Before the days of computers, there was only one kind of mail - envelopes with postage stamps. But now there is also e-mail which is a short form for electronic mail.  There are a lot of similarities and differences between mail and email. The first similarity is that they both have mailbox from where you can get your message. But the difference is the email doesn't have a post office like mail who diver mail to your mailbox. The mail box service give a lot of jobs to the people and help them to survive in the word. But if we look at the email there is no person need to deliver your message. From this I mean to say that a lot of people are dependent on the mail service but for the email there is no one dependent. 

            The second similarity is that they both deliver different from of messages too like photos, Videos and books but the difference between that is though email you will get everything in a minutes but it will be only electronically available. If the electricity goes you can't have access to those messages, photos and books. For the mail it take days to get the stuff but It always in the from of hard copy. By this I mean to say that you can keep your photo and book forever and you can view them anywhere anytime even without electricity power. 

           The third similarity is that they both need the address of the person to whom we are sending the message. If we look at the another side of this similarity, there is a difference too. Suppose if I am sending a message though mail to my friend and I have missed spell his name and the name of the street it will be still delivered to my friend. But on the other hand if I missed spelled something in the address of the email like I suppose to write (university@gmail.com) but I wrote (uniersity@gmail.com) it will never be delivered to that person.

           As we all know that nothing is perfect in this world if there are a lot of advantages available to us there are some minor problems too like mail cost money but email doesn't. The problem with that is with the mail you get a hard copy and you can you it anytime but for that you have to spend some money on it. But with the email you will get everything for free in very few minutes but it is only available electronically without having electric power you cannot get access to you stuff. So, I think both email and mail are great resources that are helping people in many ways.
